These are our terms & conditions.

Article. 112. (1) The inadequacy of consumer goods with the contract the consumer is entitled to a claim, asking the seller to make the product in accordance with the contract.

In this case, the user can choose between repair of the goods or their replacement with new, unless this is impossible or his chosen way of compensation is disproportionate compared to the other.

It is believed that a remedy of the consumer is disproportionate if its use imposes costs on the seller which, in comparison with other means of compensation are unreasonable, taking into account:

Article. 113 (1) (New - SG. 18 2011.) Where goods are not in conformity with the contract of sale, the seller is obliged to comply with the contract.

Article 115 (1) The consumer may exercise its right under this section within two years from delivery of consumer goods.

Period under par. 1 shall be suspended during the time required for repair or replacement of consumer goods or an agreement between seller and consumer to resolve the dispute.

The exercise of the right of the consumer under par. 1 is not linked to any other period for a claim other than the period under par. A.

7.80lv. for 1kg. (2.4% excluding cash). For orders heavier than 1 kg. amount is according to the tariff of the transport company you choose in the finalization of the contract - calculated automatically.

Return of purchased goods

How to return your item?

Please read the following terms:

- It takes between 1 to 3 business days to process your request for returning merchandise. We reserve the right to consider second-hand goods returned if any item not returned in its entirety or in a condition which can not be described as "new" or if the product is returned after the expiry of 7 days of receipt of shipment.

При получаване на пратката Потребителят трябва да провери съдържанието й в момента на получаването и в присъствието на куриера, като в случай, че установи увреждане съдържанието на пратката се съставя констативен протокол в два еднообразни екземпляра, който се подписва от Потребителя и куриера.

Потребител, поръчал продукт чрез www.elektronikabg.com и получил същия с куриер, или друг вид транспорт, има право да откаже получаването на поръчката или на част от нея, след като тя вече му е доставена, само в един от следните случаи:

- При транспортирането продуктът или неговата опаковка са повредени;

- Не е спазен предварително уговореният срок за доставка;

- Доставеният продукт явно не съответства на поръчания от клиента; В този случай продуктът се подменя в рамките на един месец, считано от предявяването на рекламация от потребителя или се възстановява платената сума, ако продуктът вече не е наличен.

- Цената не съответства на първоначално оферираната;
